In 2007 NOVATOURS attracted investments from one of the biggest private capital investment groups „Enterprise Investors“. „Enterprise Investors“ (EI) – is one of the most successful financial institutions, which controls private capital funds, investing into companies of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) countries. EI helped to develop and draw clear CEE region investment guideline.

NOVATOURS and EI made control stake sales deal of company shares. The former shareholders of the company, who actively work in tourism sphere, will further control the rest of the shares. Value of the deal exceeds 40 mln. Euro and this was the biggest deal in the past seven years in Lithuanian services sector, except retail, banks and telecommunications.
